Mrs Moo.

Unfortunately between the house move i haven't found much time to make and break things which is why i have abandoned my blog for so long. *hugs*
Luckily, one of the first boxes i opened was full of all painting and tack making supplies!
So Yesterday was a nice sunny day and i decided i would do some prepping. Although not of the equine kind.
That is Mrs moo, i was never really good with naming pets, can you tell? Although i'm glad i didn't think of something like Daisy first because i think that's even worse.
I bought this gal directly from Carol Herden herself a quite a few months back, so when she came to me she was a yucky yellow rough cast, and well she was a pain to prep. Iv'e never sanded something so much in my entire life. But we got there eventually.

She's currently in the painting process, she's going to be black with a sort of skunk tail pattern down her back, but i have noticed when you're painting in pastels they have a different idea and they like to turn everything a sort of.. shade of black.
Funny story about the little black moustache on her nose, when i was painting the dust unto the underside of her legs i was leaning her face on my surface so that she was a little more stable, and well that happened.
I think it's absolutely adorable so it's going to stay.
